Residential Development

We purchased this plot of land in Thakeham, West Sussex with the ambition of building quality homes. These properties have an air source heat pump to heat the properties and rainwater harvester systems to minimize their impact on the environment and low water usage fittings. Running costs will be exceptionally low for homeowners.

This was a single dwelling with planning permission for a full redevelopment with various extensions on the side and back of the property. Situated in a popular area of west Sussex, with stunning views of the River Arun and surrounding areas.
